These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by DVM Immigration Services (“DVM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.

Messages from DVM may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Intake follow-ups
- Document reminders
- Service updates
- Payment reminders
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service activity, and communications with DVM. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any DVM text message to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services. Your consent applies only to the telephone number you provide. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and agree to notify DVM if the number changes or is reassigned.
Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. DVM may change or discontinue its SMS program at any time.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
